Representatives of 12 Georgian universities and Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia visited Dresden University of Technology (TUD) on May 2-6, 2022, within the project “Raising Research Capacity of Georgian HEIs through Developing R&D Units / HERD” (funded by Erasmus + program). Marika Nadareishvili, Head of the Research Department, participated in the meetings from the Tbilisi State Conservatory.
One of the leading universities in Germany – Dresden University of Technology (TU Dresden) is the project’s international partner, which is involved in the project in various aspects of research management and internationalization. The visit was organized and hosted by the European Project Center (EPC) of the Dresden University of Technology.
The meetings focused on the internationalization of research, forms of collaboration between research institutions (the Dresden concept created as a result of the partnership of 33 research institutes), and activities, focused on the further development of HERD project results.
