Erasmus+ KA131 (former KA107) ICM
Students from EU member states and third countries associated to the Erasmus+ programme, are eligible to take part in ICM and apply for exchange studies at TSC. Application process is open twice a year.
Students are asked to send all necessary documentation to the international department of TSC (email: erasmus@tsc.edu.ge) between Nov 15-30 in order to apply for studies at TSC during Spring semester and Jan 15-30 in order to apply for studies during Autumn semester or Full academic year.
Interested applicants are expected first to make sure that their home institution has established ties with TSC. For that please check TSC or home institutions’ website or contact international relations coordinators.
Students from partner institutions must have an active student status at their home institution and send the following material to TSC:

Erasmus+ KA131 (former KA107) ICM
All TSC students, regardless their citizenship can apply for Erasmus+ ICM in order to receive scholarship for exchange studies abroad. Student must have active status and be enrolled in either BA, MA or PhD programs. Erasmus+ exchange program gives opportunity to TSC students to study abroad for 3–12 months per cycle. Those interested to apply for studies on via Erasmus+ programme are advised to check the list of partner institutions.
For successful and smooth process, students need to follow the 3 stages:
1. Preliminary selection;
2. Sending documents to intended destination institution;
3. Visa procedures
Students are asked to provide all necessary documentation for the preliminary round between Sep 15-30 in order to apply for studies abroad during Spring semester and Jan 15-30 in order to apply for studies abroad during Autumn semester or Full academic year.

Second stage of application process
Each of the partner institutions can require different sets of documents from applicants. Usually students are asked to provide following documents:
• Erasmus+ or AEC Application Form (please download here)
• Erasmus+ or AEC Learning Agreement (LA) (please download here)
• Audio/video recording, free choice, up to 20 min.
• CV
• Motivation letter
• Transcript of records/or certificate confirming the student status signed by the institutions legal representative
Deadlines and additional information regarding Erasmus+ applications should be checked on the web and AEC (The Association Européenne des Conservatoires – aec.dreamapply.com) page of the partner institutions.
Application process
Step 1: TSC must approve your nomination according to preselection criterias;
Step 2: Fill out the required documents on aec.dreamapply.com
Step 3: Submit the documents to AEC Dreamapply / EASY system.
Step 4: Selection of the TSC applicant is done by the receiving institution and notification of the results from aec.dreamapply.com
Applicants are strongly recommended:
• To get more information about the courses offered by the partner institutions in relation to the study program and the study cycle on aec.dreamapply.com or partner institutions’ websites in order to fill in the Learning agreements;
• 30 ECTs for one semester are recommended amount of credits for Erasmus+ ICM programme students.
